What is the secure virtual workspace?
The secure virtual workspace is a managed Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solution that allows remote candidates to access web-based systems in a secure environment. Are your laptops and virtual workspaces secure?
Yes, our company-issued laptops and virtual workspaces have enterprise security tools and are backed by Workpledge Security Operations Center, which includes 24x7 monitoring supported by world-class threat intelligence for rapid response to security-related events. What happens with a candidate’s virtual workspace and loaner device once their assignment ends?
When a candidate’s assignment ends, please promptly notify your local Workpledge staffing professional. We’ll immediately begin deleting their virtual workspace and all its components. We’ll also provide the candidate with instructions for returning the loaner device to our office.

What happens if I am unsatisfied with a candidate?
Timesheets and Payroll
I never received my login information to approve timesheets. Who should I contact?
First, check your email. You should have received an auto-generated email from email@example.com with your login credentials. If you did not receive the email, please contact Customer Service to request new login credentials: Approval.TimeReporting@workpledge.io or 1.877.500.2407.
How do I approve online timesheets?
Go to the login page and click Awaiting Approval. If there are multiple timesheets to approve, a list will be displayed. Click Workweek End Date to the open the timesheet. Review the timesheet and click Approve as Submitted.
How do I view past timesheets?
Timesheets from the last 12 months are available. To view past timesheets, log in to your online profile. Click MyDashboard, enter your Username and Password and click Sign In. Click Timesheet History on your homepage to access past timesheets.
